Instead of setting personal goals (a destination) set out what YOU need to do to attract your goals (situation)

· What things do I need to change in myself?
· How will these changes positively affect others?
· Do I have the right environment to support these changes?
· Is the organisation equipped to cope with change?
· Can I feasibly strive for continuous, never ending improvement?

HOLIDAY REFLECTION AND REFLEXION

Reflective practice is when one relates back to past experience to add value and knowledge to their current circumstance. As people enter the holiday season this may be a typical pursuit by many employees.

In spite of its obvious importance one must never forget how important it is to be Reflexive which is essentially one’s ability to be self aware and analytical. Some might also call this emotional literacy – how self aware are you? How aware are you of the impact you have on others? What ability do you have to manage the former?
