HOLIDAY REFLECTION AND REFLEXION

Reflective practice is when one relates back to past experience to add value and knowledge to their current circumstance. As people enter the holiday season this may be a typical pursuit by many employees.

In spite of its obvious importance one must never forget how important it is to be Reflexive which is essentially one’s ability to be self aware and analytical.
